Terms & Conditions:

1. The issuance of Certificates or Statements of Results is the sole responsibility of SETA or QCTO and typically takes 3-6 months, subject to various factors such as load-shedding and SETA/QCTO processing times. Should this timeframe be exceeded, learners will be notified of the reasons for the delay. Please note that delays from the SETA may occur, and the SETA is closed from mid-December to mid-January.

2. Paluka Training Academy shall not be held responsible for any delays that occur at the SETA/QCTO under any circumstances, nor for any resulting damages or inconveniences that such delays may cause to the student.

3. If you fail to complete the course for which you have enrolled, you may not transfer, assign, or give it to another person. (T&Cs will apply)

4. No company/person may cancel a course of an employee whether they have submitted or not. Any internal issues at the company will be your responsibility.

5. All course material or course content is copyrighted and is intended solely for learners’ use. No course material or part thereof may be used for company advantages or personal use. Legal action will be taken against offenders.

6. If you submit your portfolio or assignments to the incorrect address, Paluka Training Academy will not be held responsible.

7. Due to the nature of our services, there will be NO REFUNDS (these services cannot be returned to us, therefore no refunds).

8. If you do not submit your file, it is not the responsibility of Paluka Training Academy or any of our associates.

Paluka Training Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be available on our website at www.palukacademy.co.za/Terms-and-conditions.

By completing our online enrollment form, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Paluka Training Academy.
